What is a "drop shipment"?

A drop shipment is an order that is shipped directly to your customer and billed to you.

Do you ship internationally?

YES! See Shipping Information . Orders to APO and FPO addresses are limited to those products that can be mailed via the U.S. Postal Service, which excludes all drop shipped items currently available online.

Is it safe to order online?

Absolutely! Our order process is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. All of your personal information including name, address, and credit card numbers are encrypted so it cannot be read as the information travels across the Internet. Ordinary email is not so encrypted, so it is not advisable to place orders through or transmit your credit card number via email.

How long will it take to get my order?

We're proud to offer same-day shipping on most orders of in-stock merchandise. Order over 25 lbs will need a quote. We can provide a shipping quote within 48 hours of order being placed.

Do I have to add tax to my order?

We ONLY add  6.5% tax to orders from customer that do not have a reseller permit on file with Premium Finish Care in Florida.

How long has Premium Finish Care been in business?

In the summer of 1989, two partners came together to create, manufacture and distribute a superior line of auto detailing products for professional dealers and serious car enthusiasts. The partners formed the company Four Star, with four advanced products that were designed to make vehicles look their best and avoid the unsightly streaks and residue of other car care products.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a copy of your invoice by email. Upon shipment of all or part of your order, you will receive another email confirming the item(s) shipped, shipping address, and the tracking number, along with the appropriate URL for order tracking online.
